Stunning the crowd and judges with their rendition of Out Here On My Own from the movie FAME, singing duo Craig Lewis from Six Flags Over Georgia, claimed their big break on Saturday, September 5, when they were crowned the FAME National Talent Search winners.

Performing in front of a standing room only crowd at Six Flags Magic Mountain, the duo from Atlanta wowed the celebrity judges and the audience with their a cappella singing. The finals were the culmination of a multi-city competition, held at six other Six Flags parks throughout the summer and one winner from MySpace.  The finalists from the earlier Six Flags competitions included singers, dancers and musicians.

Craig Lewis took home the following prizes:

Meet the Finalists

Steven Cantor

20-year-old vocal percussionist Steven Cantor of Alpharetta, GA won the FAME Semi-Finals contest at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Steven, a student at Georgia State University, started beat boxing at the age of 15 and has performed all over the US, Europe, even the Cayman Islands, and Cancun. Steven incorporated a variety of beat boxing techniques including the use of powerful vocals, song samples and movie quotes to create a one of a kind performance.

Erika Bibas

16-year-old dancer Erika Bibas of St. Louis, MO won the FAME Semi-Finals contest at Six Flags St. Louis. Enrolled in her first dance class at the age of 3-years-old, Erika currently dances competitively for the Gerri Stretz Professional Dance Center and has won awards at dance competitions in St. Louis and Branson and has appeared in the Macy's Day Parade. To win her chance at FAME, Erika choreographed and performed a high-energy dance routine to the FAME theme song.

Georgia Napolitano

Georgia Napolitano from Austin, Texas advanced one step closer toward the ultimate chance at stardom in the FAME National Talent Search at Six Flags
Over Texas. Georgia, a 17-year-old high school student and winner of the city of Austin's version of American Idol. She was born in England and has been in the United States for the past seven years. She stunned the crowd with her rendition of Alicia Keys' popular song, Fallin'.

Diana Reed

25-year-old baton twirler, Diana Reed of Astoria, NY took her shot at FAME at
Six Flags Great Adventure, and now she's headed to Los Angeles for the FAME National Talent Search Finals. Diana started twirling at age of 4 and dancing at 3. For her FAME audition she incorporated a variety of dance and acrobatic techniques with her baton twirling routine to create a one of a kind performance.

Ta-Tynisa Wilson

19-year-old vocalist Ta-Tynisa Wilson of Aurora, IL, a student at College of DuPage, took the final spot at the Finals of the FAME National Talent Search by performing Listen by Beyonce, at Six Flags Great America this weekend. Ty-Tynisa started singing at the age of three and has won Aurora and Naperville Idol and decided to participate in the event after hearing her mom talk about it.

VanJess

Sisters Ivana and Jessica, better known as VanJess, have been singing together since they were five. This terrific twosome spent 7 years in Nigeria before settling in sunny California. They beat out hundreds of submissions on MySpace.
