Standard text messaging rates (as provided in your wireless rate plan) apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the Promotion (defined below). (Contact your carrier for pricing plans and details). Online entries will be subject to standard Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider.

  1. Sponsors: The Six Flags/Chrysler Fall Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is sponsored by Six Flags Theme Parks Inc., 1540 Broadway, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10036 and Chrysler LLC.,
    1000 Chrysler Dr, Auburn Hills, MI 48326-2766 ("Sponsors").
     
  2. Eligibility: Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding FL), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have a valid driver's license in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsors, their advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Promotion, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees (collectively, "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to participate or win. By entering the Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these official rules.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Florida and where prohibited by law.
     
  3. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 12:01 A.M. ET on 8/18/2008 and ends at
    11:59 P.M. ET on 9/30/2008 (the "Promotion Period").
     
  4. How to Enter During the Promotion Period:
     
    How To Register and Enter by Wireless Device: If you have a text messaging capable wireless device from a participating carrier, you may enter the Promotion by sending a text message with the word "RAM" to the short code 39668. Standard text messaging rates apply. You will receive a "thank you" text message following receipt of your text message. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by responding "end", "stop" or "quit" to any of the messages. Please use caution and do not disrupt traffic or drive in an unsafe manner while participating in the registration/entry process.
     
    Free Method of Entry Online: To enter the Promotion online, visit www.sixflags.com and complete the online registration form as required.
     
    Free Method of Entry by Mail: To enter the Promotion by mail, hand print your name, complete address, zip code, date of birth and home phone number on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to: Six Flags/Chrysler Fall Sweepstakes Six Flags Theme Parks Inc., c/o Six Flags, Inc., 1540 Broadway, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10036. All mail-in entries must be mailed separately, must be postmarked by September 30, 2008, and received by October 4, 2008, to be included in the random drawing. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied mailed entries will not be accepted.
     
    You may enter as often as you wish, regardless of method of entry. Entries must be complete to be eligible.
     
  5. Conditions for Participation and Validation of Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, robotic or other automated means will be disqualified. You may enter as often as you wish (regardless of method of entry), systems permitting, however, USE OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS TO ENTER AND/OR OTHER AUTOMATIC ENTRY METHODS (SUCH AS HACKS OR BOTS), REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify, and block or discard all entries from any individual who enters by any kind of electronic, mechanical or other automated means or otherwise tampers with or hacks the entry process as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Internet and/or text-messaging portions of the Promotion in the event of a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or system failure or disruption, force majeure or any other causes which, in their sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion and award the Grand Prize in a random drawing from all eligible Internet and/or text-messaging entries received prior to cancellation and all eligible mailed entries received. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
     
  6. Random Drawing: The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about October 8, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Six Flags Theme Parks, Inc. Odds of winning will be dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize will be awarded and winner will be notified by telephone/mail. Prize is nontransferable and no substitution is allowed except by the Sponsors who reserve the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize.
     
  7. Grand Prize and Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP"): Grand Prize (1): A 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. The MSRP of the Grand Prize is $40,000. Grand Prize Vehicle ("Vehicle") will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsors and are subject to availability. Sponsors do not make, nor in any manner are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize winner must have proof of a valid U.S. driver's license from his/her state or place of residence in the United States to take delivery of Vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will be responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the Vehicle, applicable taxes, as well as, all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of Vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be provided instructions to obtain his/her Vehicle at a Chrysler dealership to be determined by Sponsors. Winner must take delivery of Vehicle within 30 days of notification that dealership has received Vehicle. Delivery of Vehicle subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer manufacturing, production and delivery schedules. Chrysler is not responsible for any delay in the production of this Vehicle or restrictions regarding available equipment. Winner will be required to show proof of insurance prior to taking delivery and pick up vehicle as directed by Sponsors. In the event the winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian.
     
  8. Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner (or the parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to execute and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and/or publicity release (where legal) within ten [10] days of attempted notification. If prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
     
  9. General Conditions: By entering, entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final. Except where prohibited, the Grand Prize winner grants to the Promotion Entities the right to use, and publish his or her proper name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state without additional compensation. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, illegible, mutilated, mistranscribed, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, ineligible, unintelligible entries or postage-due mail; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software program, network, Internet or computer failures or difficulties;
    (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (vi) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with these Official Rules or the Promotion generally. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release the Promotion Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all such liability. The Promotion Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Promotion. PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES, ONLINE OR BY SMS (TEXT MESSAGING), OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM, MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. THE PROMOTION ENTITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS. Sponsors may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Promotion, if at the sole discretion of Sponsors, such person shows a disregard for these Official Rules, or acts (1) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, Sponsors, or their agents or representatives; or (2) in any other disruptive manner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant entering via the Wireless Device or Online methods of entry as set forth above in Rule #4, the authorized account holder of the wireless device or email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of a wireless device is the natural person in whose name the phone has been issued and to whom services are billed. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
     
  10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively in a federal or state court located in New York, New York; entrant submits to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts in the State of New York for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsors in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the State of New York, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
