A Walk In The Park

Six Flags Friends and Cure Kids Cancer are proud to present "A Walk in the Park" on September 6-7, 2008 at 12 Six Flags locations.  This one-of-a-kind walk-a-thon extravaganza will contrast the carefree feeling of exploring the Six Flags park adventures with the urgent need to find cures for pediatric cancers.  The Six Flags parks will unite to take strides to fight childhood cancers one step at a time as they recognize this dreaded disease is no "walk in the park".  It is our hope that those 15,000 children diagnosed with cancer each year will find strength and comfort knowing we have joined them in their fight and are committed to helping provide the resources necessary to receive world-class treatment close to home.
