Human Resources: Administrative Assistant
Job duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting HR manager and assistant manager with various projects, maintaining all outgoing and incoming correspondence, maintain copier supplies and request repair when needed, handle all office equipment repair requests, faxes, copies and filing of important documents, maintain and create spreadsheets and other computerized media for a variety of department needs, keep kitchen supplies well stocked and organized, time keeping of HR employees and occasionally helping with seasonal hiring process which include interviewing, processing and training. Human Resources: Recruiter/Interviewer Lead

Job duties will include the planning and implementation of employee parties and incentive programs planning. Coordinate discount ticket sales, candy sales, hire officials for sporting events, and outside contractors for recreational events. Attend and participate in company activities to increase employee participation, Market Company within employee base and motivate and increase employee morale. Implement and coordinate employee-sporting events. Establish location availability, contract negotiation, and develop list of policies within company guidelines.
