Road Runner Express Opens Today!
Six Flags Magic Mountain, celebrating 40 years of thrills, today launched the Valencia-based theme park's 17th coaster, Road Runner Express. The newest member of the park's renowned coaster collection will be located in Bugs Bunny World where the entire family can enjoy dozens of pint-sized attractions together. In addition to the new coaster opening this holiday weekend, Six Flags Magic Mountain is unveiling its summer entertainment lineup.
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Six Flags Magic Mountain is jam-packed with unbeatable family fun. The festivities begin the moment guests arrive at the park and continue throughout the day with an awesome array of entertainment including an opening welcome celebration, new shows, live music and streetmosphere, plus the addition of deejays spinning tunes in various ride queue lines.

Road Runner Express, located in the expanded Bugs Bunny World, travels up a 28-foot lift hill and races around a 368-foot track at speeds reaching 20 mph. Road Runner Express joins 32 other family friendly rides that guests 48 inches and under can enjoy ... the most rides of any theme park in Southern California.
Six Flags Magic Mountain's world-renowned coaster line-up, including the new SUPERMAN: Escape from Krypton which opened earlier this spring to rave reviews, and in June, the Park will unveil its 18th coaster, GREEN LANTERN: FIRST FLIGHT, a vertical spinning coaster that has never been seen in the U.S. With the addition of GREEN LANTERN: FIRST FLIGHT, Six Flags Magic Mountain captures the coveted theme park record for most coasters on the Planet!

Six Flags' hilarious new hypnotist show is guaranteed to tickle funny bones. Join in on the fun on-stage or watch the fun unfold through the power of hypnotic suggestions. You're sure to enjoy our very talented hypnotist leading a cast of audience members through many funny scenarios. Performing in the Golden Bear Theater.

An exciting multi-media laser and light show, featuring memorable music videos from the 1980’s to present. Presented in Magic Moments Theater.

Dining becomes entertainment for your senses at JB's Smokehouse! Featuring an open grill wafting delicious BBQ smells throughout the midway, this is BBQ with a Southern California twist - the house specialty is a traditional Santa Maria-style tri-tip sandwich with all the fixins. Other favorites include chicken, pork, salads and BBQ kettle chips.
