Guest Relations

We want to make sure you have a great time at Six Flags Magic Mountain. So we're available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at Guest Relations, located in Six Flags Plaza, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with Park information.

PARK SECURITY

Your safety is our priority. All Guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. You should leave inappropriate items at home or in your car.

SEVERE WEATHER

For your safety, we may need to close certain rides during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

As Guest safety is our number one priority, there are certain weather circumstances that may cause the entire Park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all.  As soon as closures are confirmed the website operating calendar will be updated with the Park’s current operating status.  Please check the website prior to visiting on days when weather may be a concern.

PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS

Personal pages cannot be broadcast through the Park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.

LOST PARENTS

There are no lost children at Six Flags Magic Mountain, only lost parents. If your child becomes separated from your group, contact the nearest host/hostess or security officer or visit Guest Relations. Before you enter the park, be sure to tell children to contact a host or hostess for assistance if their parents become lost.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

For information on services offered to guests with disabilities, please visit Guest Relations located in Six Flags Plaza, where representatives will be pleased to help personalize your visit. Pick up our "Guest with Disabilities Guide," a handout that provides detailed information on accessibility of rides, shows, games, shops and restaurants. Other services include telecommunications devices (TDD), which are available at Guest Relations and First Aid. Assisted listening devices are also available at Guest Relations.
