The Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom in beautiful Lake George, New York is a theme park that has served as a summer haven for generations of families for decades. The 60-foot water attraction includes Cliffhanger, the park's first free fall speed slide with Skybox technology plummeting riders six stories into six inches of water, and the four-lane Twisted Racer, the Northeast's first of its kind mat racer, winding riders through enclosed tunnels before a drag race to the finish.
Just across the street from The Great Escape, guests can “Stay Where You Play” at the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & Indoor Water Park. This Adirondack-themed lodge features 200 guest suites and a 38,000 square foot indoor water park — called White Water Bay — for the use of hotel guests as well as outside visitors.
