Guest Relations
We're always available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit Guest Relations by the main entrance, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with lodging and park information.
PARK SECURITY
Your safety is our priority. All guests are required to have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.
SEVERE WEATHER
For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.
PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.
LOST PARENTS
If your children become separated from your party, contact the nearest host/hostess or security officer for assistance, or go to Lost Parents in the Hospitality Center by the park's main entrance. Please point out this office to your children, in case they become separated.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
We strive to provide mainstream access wherever possible, including wheelchair rentals and special access passes. Please stop by Guest Relations to pick up a Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities for more information.
