Free theme park admission for our local heroes
There are many heroes among us who do good deeds and go the extra mile for others. We believe these heroes deserve special recognition for their efforts.
So, in honor of heroes everywhere, The Great Escape has designated Aug. 11 - 15, 2008, as Heroes Week. From Monday, August 11 through Friday, August 15, all military personnel, teachers, police officers, fire department, nurses and EMS personnel will receive free admission to The Great Escape when they show occupational identification at our main gate and are accompanied by a paid guest. In addition, up to six guests accompanied by a hero will receive $10 off the general admission ticket price ($39.99, plus tax).
The Six Flags Great Escape Lodge & Indoor Waterpark is conveniently located directly across the street from The Great Escape & Splashwater Kingdom and provides 200 family friendly suites. Prices start at $239 - based on four person occupancy - and include an overnight stay at the Six Flags Great Escape Lodge and admission to the White Water Bay indoor waterpark.
