Park Services
We strive to accommodate your needs at Six Flags Great America. That's why we offer everything from stroller and wheelchair rentals to telephones and ATMs throughout the park. Use the guide below to see where you'll find these helpful services.
ATMs
For your convenience, ATMs are located inside and outside the park's entrance, in County Fair across from Games Gallery Arcade, in the Farmer's Market area, in Southwest Territory near Crazy Buffalo, in Orleans near Frenchy's, and in Yukon near Claimjumpers.
CHILD CARE
Baby-changing facilities are located in all restrooms. A private area for nursing mothers is located at First Aid.
KENNELS
Pets are not permitted in the park, with the exception of service animals. There is no Kennel Facility available at Six Flags. We can refer you to a local Kennel for use during your visit. Proof of vaccination is required for distemper and rabies prior to accepting an animal in the kennel. Pets may not be left in or tied to an unattended vehicle in the parking lot.
LOCKERS
There are plenty of lockers available for rent at the Front Gate and outside certain restrooms in Hometown Square, County Fair, Yankee Harbor and Orleans Place. Additional lockers are available in Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, near the changing rooms. All Lockers allow easy, unlimited access throughout your entire day. Lockers are Electronic, PIN CODE Access, and accept both dollar bills and credit cards. Lockers are $11-$17, depending on size.
STROLLER/WHEELCHAIR RENTAL
Strollers, wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles are available for rent just inside the main entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis. To rent these items, a valid driver's license, state identification, military identification, or major credit card may be required.
THRILL SWAP
Parents of children under 54" can notify a ride operator they'd like to participate in a Thrill Swap. This allows one parent to stay with the child while the other rides. Then they swap places! Ask any ride operator for more information.
