Guest Relations

We want to make sure you have a fun and memorable visit to Six Flags Great Adventure. So we're available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at the Guest Relations kiosk on Main Street, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with lodging and park information.

PARK SECURITY

Your safety is our top priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS

We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.

LOST CHILDREN

We encourage you to establish a meeting place in case your group becomes separated. Instruct children to contact the nearest Six Flags employee for assistance. The entrances to our Lost Parents/Baby Care are located in the Boardwalk and The Golden Kingdom.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

We strive to provide mainstream access wherever possible, including wheelchair rentals and special access passes.

Mobility and disability guidelines for certain rides and attractions have recently
changed. Please stop by Guest Relations to pick up or view online our
Guide to Rides & Attractions for information regarding ride access, height restrictions and cautions & special requirements.   Hearing-impaired guests are welcome to use the TDD telephone at Guest Relations.
