Six Flags Great Adventure Announces All New Play Pass
Park offering additional Season Pass Savings for 2010
More Flags. More Fun. More Affordable. On Saturday, September 12, Six Flags Great Adventure will introduce the 2010 Play Pass, a season long fun pass that gives more families a chance to enjoy the world's most thrilling theme park. At just $69.99, a Play Pass offers unlimited visits to Six Flags Great Adventure and any other Six Flags theme park in the United States all year long in 2010. Plus, by purchasing now, Play Pass holders will get unlimited visits to this year's Fright Fest celebration -- weekends in October.
"This once-in-a-lifetime recession calls for a once-in-a-lifetime deal," said Mark Kane, Six Flags Great Adventure Park President. "The new 2010 Play Pass tells our most loyal fans that we identify with their need for value-priced entertainment. For the same price as a single-day ticket to Disney, a Play Pass at Six Flags rewards guests with a full YEAR of fun at Six Flags Great Adventure - with no blackout dates!"
For even more savings, the park is lowering the cost of the traditional Season Pass in 2010. Beginning September 12, the Season Pass price will drop from $99.99 to $79.99, the lowest price in years! Similar to the 2010 Play Pass, a Season Pass offers unlimited visits to Great Adventure and any Six Flags theme park in the United States, but also includes unlimited visits to Six Flags Wild Safari, five free tickets for friends, more than $300 in savings on in-park food and fun, and free access to exclusive Season Pass events.
Six Flags Great Adventure features fun for the entire family with 13 thrilling roller coasters including Bizarro, Kingda Ka and El Toro; four children's areas including Wiggles World; interactive animal shows like Dolphin Discovery and Temple of the Tiger; meet and greets with Looney Tunes characters and JUSTICE LEAGUE Super Heroes; a sensational concert line-up and more. Right next door is Six Flags Wild Safari, the largest drive-thru Safari outside of Africa. The wildlife preserve is home to more than 1,200 exotic animals roaming on 350 acres of simulated natural habitat.
Six Flags Great Adventure and Wild Safari's 2010 season runs weekends beginning March 27, then daily beginning May 13. The park is also open for spring break March 29 through April 2.
