GUEST RELATIONS

We're available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at Guest Relations at the Main Gate, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with lodging and park information.

PARK SECURITY

Your safety is our priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.

SEVERE WEATHER

For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS

We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.

LOST CHILDREN

If your children become separated from your party, contact a Six Flags staff member or security officer for assistance, or go to Lost Parents at hospitality. Please point out this office to your children as you enter the park and arrange to meet there if you become separated.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is one of the most ADA-accessible theme parks in the nation. To receive more information on the services offered to guests with disabilities and those who may be hearing-impaired, please visit our Hospitality Center in Los Festivales for a "Guest With Disabilities Guidebook." This guidebook provides detailed information on the accessibility of rides, shows, games and restaurants. We also offer rental of wheelchairs, motorized chairs, telecommunication devices for the deaf (TDD) and assisted listening devices in indoor theaters. Our Hospitality Representatives are happy to assist with personalizing your visit.
