Odin's Temple Of The Tiger — Now Open
The ferociously friendly felines of Six Flags Discovery Kingdom have moved with their two new cubs! Odin's Temple of the Tiger is the brand new exhibit that is now open at Discovery Kingdom.
Odin's Temple of the Tiger serves as the expanded home for the park's tigers, as well as a featured showcase for Odin, the park's popular male white Bengal tiger, renowned for his agility underwater, and Fedor, a four-year-old male Siberian tiger.
The attraction features two recently acquired tiger cubs, Nalin, a white Bengal male and Akasha, a female Bengal tiger, that are all about the playtime. They're a big part of the new and exciting show. You can learn all about the tigers on the new Meet the Cats page.
Odin's Temple of the Tiger takes the popular tiger show and brings it to new heights. In this new expanded venue, there's a seat for everyone to view the central stage with underwater viewing pool and see Odin and the rest of the swimming cats.
Guests have several opportunities throughout the day to visit Odin's Temple of the Tiger and experience the strength and beauty of these animals up close. When the show debuts this season, there will be specific show times each day to see Odin in action.
You can view tigers — including the new tiger cubs — relaxing or playing in the outdoor observation yard with running waterfall. A second off-exhibit exercise yard will allow staff to rotate tigers from their individual backstage enclosures throughout each day.
