Park Services

A day at Six Flags America should be simple and fun. That's why we offer everything from stroller and wheelchair rentals to telephones and ATMS throughout the park. Use the guide below to see where you'll find these helpful services.

ATMs

For your convenience, ATMs are located next to Attitudes Gift Shop on Main Street, inside Heritage House, inside Hollywood Cafe, in Southwest Games area, in Gotham Games area, inside the Saloon, and at the Waterpark Games area.

FIRST AID

We have two First Aid locations: One on Main Street, behind the Main Street Service Station, and the other is located on the right side of the Hurricane Bay wave pool in Hurricane Harbor. Medications cannot be dispensed at First Aid, but they are available for sale at Flags Emporium Gift Shop, near the park's front gate.

LOST AND FOUND

We strongly encourage you to store your cell phone and other personal electronic devices in your car or a locker and secure all loose articles before boarding a ride. If you do lose something at Six Flags America, be sure to report it before leaving the park as this will help in locating the item. Claim or report your lost items at Lost Parents/Lost and Found, located inside Guest Relations. All items found after guests leave are matched up to lost article reports and mailed out within three days. Due to the potentially high volume of lost articles, please do not call about the status of your article. Articles that cannot be matched within three days are donated to local charities. Six Flags America is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.

RENTALS

A limited number of strollers, wheelchairs and electronically controlled vehicles are available for rent at the Main Street Service Center, across from the Main Street fountain. Daily locker rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All Day Lockers are located at Aruba Tuba in Hurricane Harbor, across from the Grand Theater on Main Street, and adjacent to Attitudes gift shop on Main Street. Lockers cannot be reserved in advance. There is a nominal daily charge, plus a refundable key deposit. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the water park closes, which is before the theme park. All items must be removed at this time, or the key deposit will be forfeited. Inner Tubes are available for rental for a nominal fee at Aruba Tuba in Hurricane Harbor.
