Guest Relations

We want to ensure you have a great experience at Six Flags America. So we're available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at Guest Relations at the front entrance, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with any park-related information.

PARK SECURITY

Your safety is our top priority. All guests are required to pass through an electronic security screening system at the front gates and have their bags inspected.

SEVERE WEATHER

For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS

We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations

LOST CHILDREN

We encourage you to establish a meeting place in case your group becomes separated. If your child gets lost or separated from your party, contact the Six Flags employee or security officer for assistance. You can also visit Lost Parents inside Guest Relations.

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES

For information on services offered to guests with disabilities, please visit Guest Relations near the main entrance to pick up "A Guide to Fun at the Park for Guests with Disabilities," a brochure that provides detailed information on accessibility of rides, shows, games, shops and restaurants at the park. Additionally, Guest Relations offers a telecommunications device (TDD) for our guests with disabilities.
